“No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked confused with my booking. Turned out that they sold our 3bedrooms bungalow to another group. “Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good. She tried to get one of her workers to fix it. After over 2 hours, we finally had slightly hot water, better than what we had on arrival. Breakfast was ok. But they dont replenish the buffet so if you arrive late..too bad!”
